We do not learn anything about nutrition by following a meal plan. We learn how to cook and eat exactly what we are told. The key to a lasting positive relationship with food and our body is to learn how our body reacts to certain foods and to recognize and eat healthy portions.
We should never be strapped to a plan that doesn't allow for LIFE to happen. Food should not be so restrictive that we can not eat unless we have our prepared food with us.
